Advance Landmark Limited began in 2009 with a single conviction: that a home is the most important investment a family will ever make, and it deserves to be built with absolute integrity. What started as a small team delivering one residential building in Savar has grown into one of the most trusted names in Bangladesh's real estate landscape.
Today we design, develop and deliver RAJUK-approved residential and commercial developments across Dhaka — from premium apartments in Savar DOHS to landmark commercial floors. Advance Landmark Limited is incorporated in Dhaka. Our first residential project breaks ground in Savar with a team of eleven.
2012
First Handover
We deliver our first building — on schedule. All 24 families receive keys and registration paperwork on the same day.
2014
REHAB Membership
Admitted as a full member of the Real Estate & Housing Association of Bangladesh, formalising our compliance framework.
2017
Savar DOHS Expansion
We establish our flagship presence in Savar DOHS, launching three premium residential developments in a single year.
2019
A Decade, 1,000 Families
Our thousandth family moves into an Advance Landmark home. We open a dedicated after-sales and warranty desk.
